Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
Over 72 Hours Prior to Charter
Eligible for: Comprehensive refund excluding processing fees
Processing Duration: Typically 5-7 business days
Service Charge: £50 for credit card transactions
Requirements: Must be solicited through written communication, such as email or telephone
Between 24 to 72 Hours Before the Charter
Eligible for: Half of the total cost of the charter
Processing Duration: Generally 7-10 business days
Service Charge: £25 subtracted from the refund amount
Requirements: A valid reason is necessary; administrative expenses apply
Under 24 Hours Before the Charter
Eligible for: Refunds are not possible
Exception: Cases of emergency may be taken into consideration
Alternate Option: Credit for chartering may be given at the discretion of management
Requirements: Documentation is necessary for emergency claims
Cancellations Due to Weather
Our Assurance Against Weather Issues
Our foremost concern is safety. If our certified captain decides that weather poses a risk to charter operations, we present flexible options:
- Complete Refund: Available if rescheduling is not an option
- Change of Date: We allow you to reschedule your charter for an alternative available date without additional costs
- Credit for Chartering: Issued credit that is valid for one year from the original chartering date
Procedure for Weather Evaluation
Our evaluation of weather incorporates:
- Evaluation of wind speed and direction
- Height of waves and conditions of the sea
- Visibility assessment and precipitation forecasts
- Advisories and warnings from the Coast Guard
- Professional evaluation of safety from the captain
Time Frame for Decisions: Determinations regarding weather cancellations are made at the latest 4 hours before the proposed departure time.
Refunds for Medical Emergencies
Conditions for Emergencies
We recognize that unforeseen medical issues can arise. The following scenarios could be considered for specific exceptions:
- Unexpected illness or injury that requires admission to a hospital
- Loss within the immediate family
- Summoning for military deployment or emergency recall
- Receiving a jury notice or subpoena from a court
- Natural calamities that impact travel
Necessary Documentation
To process requests for refunds due to emergencies, you'll need to provide:
- Certification from a medical practitioner or hospital records
- Official death certificate, if relevant
- Verified military directives
- Notice of court summons or jury duty
- Travel advisories or declarations of emergency
Refund Processing: Requests for refunds due to emergencies are actioned within 3-5 business days after the submission of appropriate documentation.
Cancellations for Operational Reasons
Technical Issues
Should the designated vessel suffer technical issues unresolvable:
- Replacement Vessel: We will endeavor to arrange a comparable substitute
- Complete Refund: Offered if no acceptable replacement is available
- Partial Refund: Provided if the alternative vessel entails different pricing
- Compensation: Additional recompense may be granted for the inconvenience
Inability to Secure Crew
In the unlikely event that qualified crew is not available:
- Efforts will be made to find a substitute crew when feasible
- Full reimbursement if the charter cannot go ahead
- No cost adjustments for rescheduling

Refund transactions are carried out through the initial payment method used during booking:
- Credit Cards: Processed within 5-7 business days
- Wire Transfers: Completion within 7-10 business days
- Cash/Paper Cheques: Settled within 3-5 business days

Policies Regarding Charter Credits
Conditions for Granting Credits
In certain cases, charter credits might be offered instead of a refund:
- Late annulments (within 24 hours of the charter)
- Disruptions due to weather
- Voluntary proposals to reschedule
- Operational disturbances
Stipulations for Credits
- Validity Period: 12 months from the date of issue
- Non-Transferrable: Credits cannot be exchanged with other parties
- Value: Equivalent to the full value of the charter without fees for processing
- Redemption: Applicable to any future available charter
- Expiry Details: No renewal after 12 months
Partial Refunds for Service Interruptions
Disruptions on Our Part
If your charter is halted or cut short for reasons within our purview:
- Amount refunded on a prorated basis according to unused portion
- Credit offered for a future charter equivalent in value
- Optional services or upgrades complimentary
Interruptions Caused by Guests
Should the charter be prematurely ended due to the behavior of guests or breaches of safety:
- No reimbursement for the remaining duration
- Full payment is nonetheless requisite
- Extra costs could be imposed

- All appeals for refunds must be presented in written form
- Refunds are issued in £, in spite of the currency used for the initial transaction
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance
- This refund policy is subject to revisions, with an advance notice of one month
